If picking up in person, please remember to bring valid photo identification along with the credit card used to place the order. If you plan to send your order to an address other than the billing address attached to your credit card, we recommend contacting the bank that issued your card to arrange for an alternative shipping address if possible. Please note that we can only ship to the billing address connected to the credit card used. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Razny Jewelers does not ship to post office boxes. Shipping insurance is included at no cost. An adult's signature is required for delivery of all orders.
